I'm planning a long term /out/ing trip that will last approximately 1 year (all 4 seasons, with at least some snow). I'm looking for the best long term camping system that I will be using for at least half of the days of my trip. Is it worth investing in some higher end tents from a brand such as Hilleberg, or should I select a cheaper alternative and possibly buy another tent along the way?
