i know you're intentionally being retarded, but my brothers and i each bought a $30some raft this last summer to fuck around with in high sierra lakes and they lasted great for one season. we'll see how they weather being packed up for the winter.

You can get a DIY packraft kit for about $125, so with a paddle and a non-white water pfd you'd be looking at about $250ish for a class 1-2 river setup.
If you just want to putz around a lake and do some fishing. any inflatable toy raft will do.
