>>1191739>taken earlier today.I own 1 pair of boots and I work in them, ride my motorcycle in them, and go /out/ in them.
It took me a few years to nut up and buy a pair of redwings. Are they the best boot ever? They are limited by materials. The leather is nicked as easily as anything else leather especially when working around pallets and sharp steel shit all day. Is the 300 dollar price tag justifyed. IDK I beat them up pretty good the first like month I had them and was kinda disappointed when one of the seams that clearly wasn't lock stitched properly came loose. (warranty covered the repair however) but like I said. Leather is only so strong and I wear them more then I have bare feet.. And at the current rate of abuse, I've had a pair of converse last longer without issues. Doing the same shit I do in these now.
I'd say 150 dollar mark is a better option.
