For the last year I had been using an exped down mat but after an unrepairable puncture exped gave me a full refund.
So now I've gone back to ccf. Bought a ridge rest solite and supplement it with my old ccf pad in the winter.
I love the durability and simplicity of a ccf pad, no time wasted blowing it up, don't need to baby it, can use it as a kneeling pad, sit pad, surface to process your firewood on.
I'd maybe consider an xtherm but desu for the cost they don't last long enough
