Looking for some advice on getting a new tent.

So I’m looking to do more backcountry trips and need a lighter more pack able tent. I’m thinking it’ll need to be a 2 or 3 person tent as I’m a decent size at 6’2 200lbs, and it’ll have to be decent for the Canadian wilderness ‘reliable, decent on rocky terrain’. My price point is anywhere up to $350. All suggestions and recommendations are welcome.
