I want to make some care packages for homeless people in my area. I'm going to start by seeing if they can be distributed at the VA hospital.
Right now, I've thought of including these items:
>baby wipes
>beef jerkey (or other appropriate food items)
>socks
>band aids
>toothbrush + toothpaste
What other small items should be included? I figured this would be the best place to ask since you guys have the most experience with living outdoors, which homeless people do on a daily basis.
