You're usually allowed 2 weeks at a specific spot, then you'll have to move to another spot, but the time rolls back over. There are plenty of national forests in Utah that will be great to be homeless in... I guess. Maybe get a fishing license and just fish for food and try growing shit? I onno. Just leave before October or you're going to freeze to death.
The place in the picture is Bryce Canyon. It's a national park and the camping laws are more strict than a national forest. So if you're planning on living the dirtbag lifestyle in Utah for a summer, make some connections with some climbers or use couchsurfer to have places to crash without having to pay money.
