Planning good gear, meals, routes, activities and hygiene takes a higher IQ + a sense of adventure (hence the high IQ Japs who never explored the world develop incredible outdoors gear but never go further than a field next to a hotel with vending machines)

We find pleasure and solace from escaping deracinated multiculti shithole Britistani cities, whereas the tightknit ethnic enclaves are openly proud about celebrating their culture and feel at home in their communities with their ethnic holidays, councillors, programmes, even as brazen as the “BBC Asian network” which plays non stop Bollywood and Jihadi soundtracks and pro sandpeople propaganda.

We have a sense of adventure. We love our nature, even on a shitty overcrowded grey island with constant rain and dogshit down every country lane we’ll still find a way to get out, get muddy, have a laugh, fry some sausages and sit around a bonfire. Some of our favourite events are entirely outdoors - bonfire night, Santa runs, airfield shows, historical reinactment events in some field, woodland trails, visiting our castles and traipsing round beautiful woods and fields, visiting ruins out in the countryside, cross country running, riding, biking, canoeing, surfing, the list goes on.

Half the young whites in our country get absolutely stoked to go out to some muddy field, get rained on, burn sausages and listen to some bands, it’s a multi million dollar industry.

It’s just in our blood

My wife's family is new-money and they've also never been camping, as white people. They've got some real hang ups with doing "poor folk" stuff. My family's been upper-middle for several generations, so things like camping never turned my parents off, and I got to grow up going to national parks, rather than her experience of going to beach resort after beach resort as a kid.

It’s the opposite on England. Every nobleman aspired to have a country estate, the farmers here are viewed as (wrongly) middle class, fox hunting and riding are all the preserves of the elite. The typical English upper class image is a land rover riding guy in country tweed, a fisher/trapper’s flat cap and country boots, and the female equivalent is riding boots or hunter wellies, a gilet or rain gear, ponytails for riding.

What is considered lower class here is staying on your estate, poaching, killing pheasants with anything but a shotty or air rifle, etc. Appreciation of the outdoors is pretty much class transcendent and universal on this island, the only difference is some farmers and rich folk want private no trespassing land, but most poorer folk want free roam, but that’s the same all over Europe.

As is the racial divide, I bet Americans don’t have a strong outdoors tradition with their pakis and blacks
