Hey guys, so I want to start a farm in my area sometime soon. The problem is I don't know anything about it. What are some good learning materials, or just general way to learn this type of thing?

I live in a good area for farming, so a lot is possible. I'm thinking of a primarily dairy/poultry farm with a small side of some kind of crop, but I want to keep my options open.
