Hi /out/

My daughter turns 4 in August and I'm hoping to gently get her /out/. I don't want her to be a iPad generation kid.

I was a scout in the UK in my younger days (not abused) and really enjoyed it. I've got myself a simple set up of a French Commando tent, bags, mats, tarps/poles to make some outdoor shelter, a Swedish trangia stove for basic cooking as well as mess stuff.

I'm going to just go to a commercial camp site not far from my house to start her off but eventually looking to do some weekend adventures when I feel she's old enough.

Any /outdads/ got tips?
