Some thin, circumcised polar fleece gloves. Keep them away from a flame.
Surprisingly warm in windy 25f weather. Also retains I would say 80% of their heat when wet, as I've had the outside soaked by snow, and the inside soaked by sweat and they were still very very warm.
They were also very warm in 10f weather when kept safe in my jacket pockets.
I'll leave some tips for keeping your hands warm:
Make sure you've consumed enough calories for your body to make heat. Keep your legs plenty warm to prevent your core temp from dropping. I see most people skimp on leg protection since their cheap gear makes it uncomfortable to walk. Having atleast half an inch of hair makes a huge difference in keeping your head warm. You'll need a doubly warm hat if you have a shaved head.
Your body disperses excess heat through your arms and hands, so make sure it doesn't divert warm blood to somewhere else first.
