Simple enough, knife sharpening. What is the best method? I've seen pull through V sharpeners, electric sharpeners, wet stones, grinding belts. What is the most reliable way to get a functional lasting edge on a knife? I have a few knives, a hatchet, wayward machete, wall decorating katana for assisting water bottles fulfill sedoku. Just looking for the most straight forward method and since you fine people actually use your knives I thought I'd ask you.
