>>1221729I dunno, to me 'cash grab' implies that he deliberately did the show duplicitously. In watching the interviews (yeah, the two with Joe Rogan for example) I think he comes across as pretty skeptical yet open-minded about the whole thing.
In the JRE interview I saw, he was describing the spectrum of 'squatch believers', where on one end you have people talking about Bigfoot being of alien origin or there being some kind of magical or paranormal element to it...and then on the other end you have reasonable people (including primatologists like Jane Goodall) who can entertain the possibility of some sort of incredibly rare great ape remnant or offshoot in North America. I think the latter group is where he identifies.
