What kind of mess kit do y'all recommend? I'm big on milsurp but I understand sometimes the money spent on newer stuff is worth it

Stainless steel/Aluminum/Titanium? I'd rather not spend $300 on a set but I just want a general opinion on what is best overall, in terms of ease of use, convenience, quality, packing up etc, not just cheapest
