Does anyone's nalgenes start smelling like shit after a while?

How do you get the smell out? I've tried vinegar, soapy water, salty water, water, drying it in the sun, etc but the smell is still there.

Sometimes it smells like fish, sometimes it smells like sweat/mildew.
Also, what waterbottles do you guys use? Anything fancy?
