Idk how y'all are taller than me and weigh the same/less, I've dropped to 140lb and I start to lose muscle quickly.
I eat a lot of nuts, but I need tips on things that are healthy and quick/easy that I can eat while on the go. I do brotein shakes/smoothies a lot because I can pack them with calories.
