i get the cheapest ones, cut a slit in the packet, pour in a couple ounces of isopropyl alcohol, then duct tape over the cut.

these wipes aren't paper, they're some kind of fabric that doesn't break down when wet. for the love of all that is holy, do NOT flush them down the toilet. put them in the trash or burn them instead.
