you should be fine to 40ft, but don't quote me, it could be 60 or 80ft that's the maximum depth for shit air, before saturation levels become a deadly issue
limit dive time, and just do checklist bullshit while you sort your gear out, might want to wear some kind of floaty incase you naptime
as far as pressure regulation, pretty sure you just turn it up as you go to the next atmosphere, not enough pressure, and no air, I would stray towards low pressure
