I really want to go /out/ but I'm afraid someone will harm or kill me. My friend always travels by himself and I'm not sure how the fuck does he do it. How do I deal with this feel?

How dangerous things are will depend greatly on where the trip takes place. Is the place you plan to go out to one that's well traveled or one that's known to be sketchy? It's always better to go with an experienced partner for safety reasons rather than go alone. But very experienced outdoorsman may take solo trips without too much worry (but even they should plan things out with a friend/family member who is not going so that person knows when to expect you back and when to call for help). In general though as long as you know your basic outdoor skills (especially orienteering) and importantly, remain calm, cool, and collected in times of adversity outdoor things like camping and backpacking are very safe, and the people you meet outdoors usually either just want to pass by you quietly or share a bit of friendly conversation nothing more. Tell me what you can about the trip you have in mind OP and I'll do my best to reassure you.

I live in Uganda called Ukraine and we have a place called Carpathian Mountains, I've been there several times but never on my own. I'm scared some forest rapist or just a bad guy will do bad things to me while I'm asleep.

Admittedly I don't know much about that particular area but from a brief bit of googling it sounds like a fairly popular and safe place. My advice to you is this: if you just want to go to that area just find/wait for a friend to come with you if possible since as I mentioned earlier things are always safer with an experienced partner. However if you are looking to challenge yourself/face your fears or just dont have anyone who can go with you at the moment I'd say start with smaller trips in areas you're even more familiar with to build up the skills and comfort you'll need for longer trips. I can't tell from this thread. If you're in the US or Canada, you're 99% fine unless you are in SoCal or near the Mexican border. The coyotes (human kind, illegal immigrant smugglers) will fucking chase you off, scare you, or kill you if you are. Oh, and stay away from camping spots too close to the Appalachian Trail, there are some predatory types who prey on dumb young hikers there. Otherwise, you're far safer /out/ than you are sitting in your house/apartment worrying about your safety.
Ironically, the few times I've felt unsafe hiking was in the southern U.S. when I stumbled across some rednecks having beer parties where the trail meets a body of water. All I could think about was "Deliverance." Turns out it was very much my own prejudice, each time I stopped for a minute and got invited to share in beer and catfish and stories. Got served a hot alligator steak (yeah, I'm sure it was poached) along the Florida Trail, first non-granola food I'd eaten in days, by a group of otherwise scary looking but well mannered dudes who were amazed that the little trail near their house went all the way up and down the state.

Yup, even without wild animals or wild 'humans' people have totally died in National Park just getting lost and dying of thirst or hunger, or they break an ankle and can't get back.

I text my Aunt before i go into the trails, and that's city trails! The one starting from St Clair station in Toronto - it starts out paved, but then there are spots along the ravines that gets a bit bumpy, but that's where the woodpeckers are! It's cool, not even afraid of being killed by animals or humans especially when I can see the highway, but breaking my leg and dropping my phone would be a miserable few days.
