>>1240785>8 to 10 million gun owners say you’re full of shit.Implying they're all 100% pro-secessionist Democrats and concentrated within the cities. Not even taking into consideration of the more right-wing conservatives living in the more Rural food producing areas of California.
>Most counties have generation capability. We’re also an oil producer, so we have our own fuel already. You shut off outside electricity and water, the only thing that happens is Hollywood shuts off the neon. Big loss there. And all the waste products that migrated here from every other state of the Union go back home. Or did you really think we got our population to 40 million by the traditional method?See friendo here's what you failed to take into account, in the event of a California vs The Union war, your industry is a lot more concentrated. Therefore it ill be very very target rich. We bomb your railways, that's fuel, coal, grain whatever else that won't get from point A to point B. We hit your Oil refineries, that's trucks that cannot transport grain, combines that cannot harvest crops. You would have to rely on more traditional methods to feed 40 million with a supply system that heavily relies on fossil fuels. We destroy a railway; that will effect hundreds of thousands, of not millions. We keep doing that every day, logistics will be fucked. Also it doesn't help that your backs are pretty much up against the coast along with a fire prone environment. Fires deliberately lit in key areas is going to have an impact of troop movement, availability and effectiveness of Air assets. Logistics and populace migrations. Also don't forget that half the fucking population of cali resides in SoCal, and judging by the looks of it, they're almost entirely reliant on central and northern cali to feed them. Plus the rural areas outside the major cities probably won't support the secession under a liberal government unless coerced.
Anyhow, you should let go of some of that delusion.
