>>1241073Yes, OP, it affects how I go /out/. Mostly go on day hikes on occasion with either my dad, or someone if they ask me to take them, which is very rare. Dad can handle his own, others I take on small day hikes. Just moved to another part of the US, so no more day hikes with anyone. By myself, I camp, bushwack, hike, backpack, and fish alone. I try and get as far off the path as I can, drive as far as my jeep will allow, and fish in areas most people will not go. I mostly fish, so solitude is a must. I used to want someone to go /out/ with but have since given up on people, finding most to be liars about what they are capable of /out/, and in general, just untrustworthy. Plus, being /out/ distracts me from my lack of a social life and forces me into another mindset, distracting me from depression.
