Should I get a 1-p or 2-p as my first tent?
>thinking of car camping at first but backpacking 2/3-day trips as well
I hear having a 2-p tent is nice to have room to stash your gear etc (eg when it rains), but the <200$ ones are all around 5lbs. Is this too heavy for backpacking?
I don't want to drop 300-500$ on some ultralight if i'm only getting started
