Anyways, without knowing your approximate location (elevation, climate zone, season) nobody can give you a good answer.
If it's about the place in your picture, options are to
a. melt some of the snow
b. go downhill, sooner or later you'll find a creek (unless you're in an area where the creeks run mostly underground)
c. if you're in moderate climate on the northern hemisphere, carve a chunk out of a tree (preferably birch, but alder works as well) and lick the tree juice bleeding out.
d. use your poncho / rainjacket to collect dew.
