I'm pretty handy, done all sorts of construction, could do it easily.
However, hard to commit to living completely out in the middle of nowhere without income, so currently trying to get my portfolio set up to where I wouldn't need to worry. Maybe in 5 years I'll go for it, or split the land with a buddy and just hold it for a while and fuck around on it when I have the time.
