Jar of Natural Peanut Butter+Jar of Nutella+Crushed up Cashews+Bit of Honey
Mix it all up in a jar. Eat a spoonful when hungry. Add flavored protein powder for more protein as needed(I'm not sure if it has an effect on it's Shelf Life). Great on Bannock or in Porridge.
Else unsalted cashews. Bring spices. Can put Cajun on them or Cinnamon. Whatever. Can change the flavor for whatever you're feelin. Could likely get that Chemical Powdered Flavoring they use for Popcorn(Dill, Cheddar, BBQ, etc) and go even more in depth, though I suspect it's probably real high in sodium. They're just fatty canvas for whatever the fuck.
