Only for a very short period each year between spring and summer do you get days like this. Sunny, blue sky, windy, very warm, but yet no leaves on the trees yet. It makes the woods/forest have a particular feel and smell that only lasts for maybe two weeks before all the spring blooms are done and the leaves come in.
