I was bored, and I was curious how good a wood fire stove is, so I made myself one from old pot. Had some old screws to use as legs, two bbc needles & grid from disposable grill.
Managed to boil water in 5 min. with windy 10C outside, so the experiment went pretty well, I'd say. Not sure if I'll take it for a
trip, though. While light, it does take up some space, and I do like my Esbit pocket kitchen a lot.
