Things you can adjust yourself:
-draw weight
-draw length
-bow sight zero
-arrow rest alignment
Things you CANNOT do yourself:
-replace strings or tune cams (requires removing strings, which requires a bow press, which is expensive)
-redoing servings properly (requires a serving jig and the proper thread, which are expensive and only sold in large quantities)
Things you SHOULD let a pro do, because while you can do them yourself it's a pain in the ass without the expensive tools a pro will have:
-Squaring up the rest (easiest done with a laser jig)
-installing or tuning drop-away rests
