I did 9 miles today on a paltry 300 ft elevation.
The intention was to increase my pacing; my average pace was 2.89 mph.
My feet are sore and I'm tired. How the fuck do I not make me feet sore, and not feel tired? I want to build up to 20 miles a day with significantly higher elevation gains in excess of 2000 feet, summit to peak, vice versa.
