Does anybody have any experience with stand up paddle boards?
I live on the Puget Sound up in Washington State and I'm thinking of getting into this.
The thing is it can get pretty breezy and paddle boards don't do good in wind.
So I was thinking of getting something like the 12.5 Nalu hybrid SUP by Ocean Kayak. Use it as a SUP, then when the wind comes up, sit down, use it like a kayak.
But I don't know. For one thing I'm 180lbs 6'2" and some people say the Nalu 12.5 is really more suited to smaller people, even though the weight capacity is 350 lbs.
