Accutane for example thins out the dead layer of skin, meaning less sun protection. There are probably others.

Yes, some anti-depressant I was on for only a couple months permanently made me retardedly photosensitive. It’s been a few years now.

Sunlight sensitivity. I've got the same thing, actually diagnosed by a doctor. I've found that once spring comes around, I have to be very careful with how much exposure to sunlight I get, but by the time summer comes around I've mostly adjusted, and the only symptoms I'll have by then is just burning easily.

I swear I'm borderline albino though, I can barely tan. I've spent entire summers working outside in the sun, and still have people calling me pasty white.

I should also add, if want to adjust your body to the sunlight, spend time outside but also try to avoid actually becoming burnt, because that can actually just make the condition worse. I got my sunlight sensitivity in the first place by getting really badly sunburned across most of my body, to the point where my entire upper back was completely covered in blisters.
