Tomatoes are heavy feeder. They will need liquid fertilizer no matter what
>organic liquid fertilizer>compost tea>chemical stuffAs you don't have much money nor assets like a compost I suggest getting a lab brew tomato fertilizer as they're cheap and have no smell. In the end the components of any quality fertilizer are the same pure elements. The only difference is how they got it and your plants don't give a single fuck.
>>1273920Yeah just don't plant them deeper. Tomatoes have those hairs all around their stem that are just waiting to grow roots as soon as you burry them.
But yeah you can take out the growing leafs of any plant once it got 4 real leafs.
>the growing leafs don't do photosynthesis or anything productive yet the plant has to support themthis will usually give your plant a little growing kick as it can redistribute assets
>Onions for example are not worth growing, they are cheapAt least potatoes would be totally worth it to put in in fall. Not because it's worth something but they will break up your shitty ground. Gardening is a long term thing, you're already preparing right now for next season or you should already think about a followup crop once your harvested everything in late august and still got the september and october to grow something quick like radishes.
There's no profit if you invest 90 days into growing a plant that will give you 2-3 fruits max with a 50/50 chance that wild animals will eat them before you can harvest.
>I'm not sure if I should try autoflowering indoor if this doesn't work.If you got quality outdoor weed seeds they will be sturdy so it will most likely work.
As I said you're really really late for the season, so if you spent 5€ per weed seed consider saving them for next February.
Start them indoors under a cheap 6500k temp shop light and harden them off before you put them out.
