Are those moleskin Bundeswehr pants? those are pretty good as long as it's under 20°C, but get uncomfortable due to sweat at higher temperatures. Also, they tend to rip at the groin rather quickly (2 years on average, I had 5 or six of them so far).

Doesn't seem practical to me when observing the plethora of contemporary options available. Upon researching the top brands of outdoor wear it seems most are constructed of a nylon/spandex blend ranging from 70/30 up to 90/10. Makes sense since the nylon doesn't hold moisture and the spandex allows for versatility in movement.

I have three /out/ pants

1. Adidas terrex all season pants. They’re pretty great for the winter. They’re lined with fleece and all their pockets have zippers. The front pockets have a mesh lining which is real nice for warming up the pants.

2. Adidas hiking pants. Nice no frills pant with synthetic material. Perfect summer pant because of how light they are and are extremely flexible. Both adidas pants are slim fittting.

3. Arcteryx psiphon fl pant. I just got them and I haven’t taken them /out/ yet. They’re similar to the adidas hiking pants but they material quality seems much better. They’re definitely more comfy. They have an integrated belt which I’m on the fence about that, I like to clip things to my belt loops but I feel like this will prevent me from accident losing keys or other things. I like the fit a little better too as it’s not too tight which leaves me with the ability to wear fleece tights if I want to beef them up.
