I have psoriasis. In horrible places. Ass crack splits and bleeds if I use toilet paper, so I use a bidet at home. Wet wipes don't help. I can, if I'm lucky, wipe my ass once every few days with just dry toilet paper. This keeps me from being in the woods for more than a day or two at a time. The pain is unbelievable, and if it splits then I have to use steroid cream for a week to get back to semi normal. Help me, for the love of god.
