best you can hope for is that your shelter and tent is well secured, tarps are great to mitigate the rain. make sure everything is secured and waterprofed.

Hunker down. Hopefully I've got a decent tent secured in a windbreak away from any particularly dangerous looking widowmakers. Probably try to play my harmonica with the wind howling around me and pretend that I'm some sort of badass.

if your in the woods you will be fine, just put your pack and sleepibg pad under yourself, and squat down. if your up high on a mountain with no trees, you should start moving. You ahould always know the weather forecast before going /out/. All rain has the potentail to thunderstorm. Be safe anon.
