I barely paid 10€ for thoseones, yet they have great comfy handles, much larger jaws that can cut through anything, and they're incredibly tough so you can't possibly break them. They're also spring action, which isn't the case of many multitool pliers, and that makes a huge difference when you get to use them a lot.
That Swiss army knife is also very comfy in the hand, and I like it better than a multitool
And indeed, I like to have separate tools; I can't count how many times I needed pliers AND another tool at the same time. Pliers are that kind of tool you just don't use alone.
