1. You're absolutely right, however I've already cycled that route and I want to see something new and go to Delvina. It's 15km of shitty pavement and gravel, but I think its worth it.
2. Looks like I'm going to get my ass kicked after that bridge, pic related. The in total shorter alternative route through the Bredhi i Hotoves national park, shown in the video, looks even worse though. I'll take the one you proposed.

4. I forgot to mention that I'll start my trip in Pristina, so I'll be going the other way and take the ferry from Fierza to Koman. The situation looks similar though, there's maybe one market on the 120km route from Kukes to the Fierza ferry terminal. After that one it's 90km of no settlements. Looks like I have to bring a lot of water and food with me. Oh, and taking a bicycle on the ferry wasn't an issue, right? The website says 5€ per person and 10€ per bicycle, is that true?
