Also, buying a flooded boat is like buying a flooded car. Everything electronic will likely need to be changed, which is probably gonna cost you like $30k-50k on a boat like that, all included. Water damage to interior will be extensive, as will mold and other growth.
On a "million dollar boat" you're easily gonna spend $150k+ to buy it and then probably another $150k-250k to get it liveable, but it will likely never be as liveable or work as well as a non-water damaged boat.
