How the fuck do I get better at hiking uphill? I know it's a function of cardiovascular capacity and muscle endurance but this shit never feels any easier. I keep going into a hike thinking I'll improve but within the first 5 seconds of any elevation I am immediately overcome with the most intense feeling of fatigue/exhaustion. It just sucks. How do I make this feeling go away?
