Hello Anons, sorry to kinda start a "me" thread but im really confused.
Recently i went swimming with some friends at a local lake, saylorville lake in Iowa, and once i got out of the water i noticed this stinging/itchy sensations on my back. Ignored it. Went and had a fire, burgers, swung on a self made swing, went home.
After removing 6 deer ticks and two lone star ticks from my legs,
I noticed these welts/ formations all over my back

I have no idea what caused them and it kinda is spookin me. Hopefully i didnt get in some pollutent. Theyre not anywhere else of my body, just my back. Also none of my friends got them. Two others swam.
So weird. Any ideas anons?
Thanks for any help and info y'all can give. Also should i go to the doctor?
