Tilson lake was also great and I would highly suggest it for an overnight. I did the loop clockwise starting from the west enterance. Warnings, the second half had no clean water that was easy to get to at the time (last source was about 2k before birdtail) and I got bluff charged at the boundry campsite area. Do this hike if you get the chance, was very nice.

That sounds like a great time. A couple weeks ago me and a big group of guys paddled down the Assiniboine and just camped out when we found some uninhabited stretch of bank. I highly recommend it, we had a great time, but there are quite a few farms along it so come prepared to be in a canoe for a long time before you find a spot to camp.

Going to Killarney in July. Canoeing in with my buddy and going to get drunk as fuck plus lots of drugs. Going to try fishing for my first time ever too. Hope to catch some rainbow trout. Also plan on just walking into the woods and try and see what i can discover.

I go to Algonquin park all the time, if you're willing to portage your canoe a few kilometres and don't go on long weekends you'll escape 90% of the other people in the park. I see a fuckton of moose every time and the odd wolf

I think its more of a family thing.
Nigger parents generally dont take their kids camping when they are young so the kids have little interest in doing so when getting older.
If the kid then hangs out with more little nigglets of course they arnt gonna want to go out hiking like me and my friends do.

But it seems that asians here (hongkouver) like going /out/ a lot, so its less of a POC issue and more of a negro issue.

Id imagine its the same sort of the same reason why most blackies cant swim.

Not that i care because I enjoy the outdoors and the last thing i want is more loud mouth fuckers making noise outdoors

The north has good forest camping. When I was a kid in Speedy Creek, we had a few spots that were an easy drive where we liked to camp.
The Landing on lake Diefenbaker was a quick drive and and could be done anytime. Cypress Hills a little farther but perfect for a weekend.

Knives are fine as long as it's obviously just for utility (pocket knives, for example, or as part of a multi-tool as you said.) You'll only really get into trouble if the knife can be opened with a single hand (ie. automatically by gravity or a button.)

Bear spray is fine. We only have a problem with it if it's intended for use as a weapon against other people. That's why when women carry pepper spray around for self-defense, if they're ever caught with it they can just say it's for bears and they're off the hook (not that any cops actually enforce this, because they agree the law is stupid too)

Just got back from a trip, where we did 3 days of backcountry camping in New Brunswick. Hiked 18km to the site then camped out right by the ocean. Drove back to Niagara from there.

It probably was just a coon but it freaked me out. Would a coon eat asprin? That shit tastes awful if you chew it and it's not like it knows it's medicinal purpose. I just chalked up the loud breathing to everything sounding way louder at night. Anyway it was pretty spooky at the time being that we were all just kids and whatnot and no parent around to shame us out of our fear.
