Longest overall was probably crossing Lake Baikal and back, over 200km but about 100 or so on ice skates. Includes longest day hikes at 40km. Fully self supported pulling sleds. Done two trips across Baikal in winter now.
Hardest one was Three Passes Trek in Nepal, including Island Peak. 170km or so in 17 days. Carried a good portion of the climbing equipment for both me and my sister, as well as 5kg of camera equipment. Total pack weight was around 23kg. Lost 5kg despite being lean for starters. Amazing but harsh.
