First one was on my left calf about a week ago, and then today I saw a scab on my left knee cap. Started scratching it and looked closer, definitely a tick inside of it. I think it probably latched on and then I bumped my knee and squished it, making the blood flood out and scabbed around the carcass of the tick. I think the ticks head is still embedded in my leg.
