Hey /out/, I have a question for you.
I know that using a frameless pack is frowned upon, but I never understood why. I just got back from a nice overnight trip and the only bag I brought was a large duffel back/rucksack that my father gave me years ago. It's strong canvas, plenty big, and comfortable to wear. What advantage does an internal or external frame pack have over it?
