I bought it in the second hand in poland (seriously, no idea how did it got there), so it must have been a bit worn already. And then I hitchhiked with it for about 4 years. Did something like 30-40 thousand kilometers together.

I don't think so...
Your best bet might be to take your old pack apart with care and then copy the parts and sew them back together.
Or, if you have a granma/mom who can sew, ask them.

Maybe get a price quote from a tailor?
