Lots of stuff I like about the metric system, but it's just the sheer arrogance of metricfags that keeps me from ever using it. Imperial units countries rule the fucking globe, and if we decided to start using some new completely bullshit system tomorrow, you'd all have another reason to whine and nothing you could do about it.
So it was 94 in central FL yesterday. Wanted to drive to the beach, but with gas at $2.75 a gallon I didn't think the 50 mile trip was worth it. Just grabbed a 44 oz. Slushee instead. I'm 6' tall and 200 lbs., hot weather tends to make me want to sprint 100 yards down to the lake but the water there is over 80 some days.
