You will hardly find a sc/out/ girlfriend, unless you pick her among, well, girl scouts.
Other than that, you need to find girls where they are commonly found. For this, two options: either you go with horse-related activities, though they may be some of the most stuck up scouts there are, or my own favorite, traveling.
I met plenty cute, intelligent and fascinating girls on roads all around the world, in Thailand, in Peru, in Morocco, in Ethiopia, in Papeete... but also in some small cities in more tourist-worthy countries like Italy, Spain or Brasil... and well, France, but I tend to exclude it considering I'm French myself.
I found my own scout girlfriend in Indonesia, though she's French as well, but this is where I met her, on a giant cockroach infested floating piece of wood called 'boat' by locals, headed to a natural reserve.
Most girl scouts aren't really interested to go camping in their own country. That's what I came to believe.
