what does /out/ think of geocaching? it can get very normie but i really do enjoy it. i've found 15 caches and created two so far.

Stay the fuck off private land. Geocachers have cut my fence in 7 different places and did $20,000 in damage to the sliding door on my barn in the process of breaking in to put a cache on my tractor.

I find it to be a nice distraction and a good way to get normies into going /out/. Plus it's a good way to teach basic GPS skills to newcomers. Whatever gets people outside.

When I go geocaching im sometimes disappointed to only find a small container, I love when people use ice cream tubs as caches because those can take a heavy, spiral turd without spilling over the edges.

This Ive only ever found 2 by accident ever since the fad started. I pissed on them both of course, but I heard of people taking them and selling them on the internet and throwing away the cheap "sentimental" objects.

They pried out the bottom of the door, fucking up the track and motor beyond reasonable repair and bending the door, and took an axe or hatchet to the corrugated siding and one of the support pillars to widen the hole causing structural damage to the frame.

Barns are expensive.
