If you're in the US, integrally suppressed airguns are sold and they're legal (w/o $200 tax stamp). Hell, I think there are companies that sell airgun suppressors (on their own), too. They're not counted as a gun suppressor (meaning by the ATF/laws); as long as the thing won't hold up to a gun, it's legal. Best bet for legality is the integrally suppressed air rifle since the suppressor can't (easily) be removed from the airgun, which would be probably considered destructive (non removable) since it's usually welded/braised, I think. Unless there's a hunting law on use of airguns (most states, maybe except one or two allow it) or suppressors, you're fine.
