1800 acres is so much land, you seem to think little of it. Have you spent a lot of time out there? There's no way you can explore all that land and not find some places that make you fall in love with it.
Where would you want to buy an equal amount of land that's "better"? The West is being gobbled up at unprecedented speed today.
Finally, somebody stole that land from Mexico and then fought off the meanest band of Indians there ever was for it to end up in your possession. Hell of a thing. Ever read pic related?
